Clintonia uniflora
Lily Family
Found in shady woods, North Coast. Grows from slender, creeping
rhizomes, mostly underground, short to 6 inches tall. Has several
oblong leaves 4-6", parallel veined and single, white, upright,
cup-like flower, solitary on a long stem. Berries are single
and bright, metallic blue.
