Caller
ID allows for the automatic delivery of a calling party's telephone
number (including non-published and non-listed telephone numbers)
to the called customer. The number is displayed on customer provided
equipment
Subscription
to Caller ID requires purchase of a display telephone or an add-on
display unit. When you receive a call, wait until your telephone
completes the 1st ringing signal. The telephone number of the
caller will be displayed.
Caller
ID Calling Name & Number
Caller ID allows for the automatic delivery of a calling name
and number (including non-published and non-listed telephone numbers)
to the called customer. The number is displayed on customer provided
equipment.
Caller
ID Number with Call Waiting ID
Caller ID allows for the automatic delivery of a calling number
and or name (including non-published and non-listed telephone
numbers) to the called customer when a call waiting tone is applied
during an established call. The number is displayed on customer
provided equipment.
When
you're on the phone, a special tone tells you a second call is
waiting and then displays the caller's number and/or name on a
compatible display unit. Treat the call as normal Call Waiting
from there.
Call
Waiting Caller ID also requires the Call Waiting option be on
the line.
